Real Estate in Central America

There is a large portion of the baby boomers who will be moving outside of the US for retirement. Central America will by far get the most of these retirees due to its proximity and low cost. Nicaragua is a country that has been getting a lot of attention lately as being a cheap place to retire that is very nice. The beaches in the country are great and rival that of Panama or Costa Rica. Nicaragua real estate is also very affordable.
While many still prefer s such as Costa Rica, the prices on Costa Rica real estate have gone through the roof in recent years. The prices now rival that of the United States and that is why many would rather go to Nicaragua where there money goes further.
Either country is a great investment in regard to real estate . One you are paying more for the luxuries that are now there, the other you are getting in ground floor and saving a fair amount of cash. Either way, investing in real estate in Central America can't be a bad move.
